First 100 mins of my set from the opening night of Ben UFO’s XOYO residency(Full SPRING ’18 programme benufolondon.co.uk)

Joy & Ben were running b2b all night long downstairs, setting off on a 160 trip, so here’s me setting the alternative to that as people came into the club.

Ben and I have been friends for over 10 years, from early trips to FWD>> and my time as resident at Detonate in the midlands in the mid 00’s. At our Standard Place and Lightworks parties Ben never failed to slay, so was an honour to be included on the lineup for his opening night of these London shows.

Being able to start a room from silence is a great opportunity to take your time in setting the tone for the rest of the night, something I appreciate greatly from my times as a resident myself and from my time working at Plastic People.
